FAQ

  • At BUNDLES we’ll take as much as we can off your plate – hand us your everyday washing like clothing, bedding and towels; let us keep your fur baby’s bedding and accessories fresh with our dedicated pet washing machine and dryer; or have something which needs a gentle touch – we’ll care for it in our SoftWash. (Just give us a call prior to booking so we can check it’s suitable). 

    1. Before your washing arrives at BUNDLES, we ask that you: 

      • Separate underwear and socks and place them inside a smaller bag. We keep your private items private.

      • Check all pockets, then brush off any excess dirt or pet hair. No judgment - we just need the loose stuff gone.

      • Place everything including your smaller underwear and socks bag inside a laundry bag or similarly sized bag. Pop any items requiring spot-stain treatment at the top so our team can find them easily.

      • If you’ve selected pickup: On collection day, leave your bag in a safe, undercover spot that our team can easily access.

    2.  Wash & drying: 

      • When your laundry arrives at BUNDLES we weigh and check your items to make sure they are fine to wash and dry. If we come across anything, we’ll contact you before washing.

      • We take care to separate your clothing into dark and lights and provide any stain treatment you’ve requested. 

      • Your items are washed and dried in their own state-of the-art machine so you can be assured that your items stay together. Our trained staff set each load to an appropriate cycle with your choice of our natural detergents.

    3.  Fold & finish:

      • Straight from the dryer, we expertly fold your items and finish with your choice of Artés linen spray. 

      • Your items are wrapped and 

    4. Payment: 

      • When booking, we will provide you with an estimate however payment is only taken once the service is completed. 

      • If your items require any additional treatment or changes from what was booked, we’ll contact you prior so there’s no surprises.  

  • SoftWash is an eco-friendly alternative to dry cleaning which is fast replacing dry cleaning around the world.

     

    Unlike traditional dry-cleaning methods which use solvents and harsh chemicals containing carcinogens, SoftWash is a safe, water-based garment care system that can handle even the toughest of stains without the use of toxic chemicals.

    SoftWash has been proven to successfully clean all types of fabrics however we ask that you call beforehand to check this service is right for your beloved item. If we are unable to take your item on, we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction. 

  • Absolutely we can! And just to be sure - we’ll check the garments care instructions to make sure we’re fine to do so. 

  • That’s our specialty!

     

    Depending on the fabric, we can utilise one of our XL wash/dry machines or SoftWash (for extra care). And unlike other laundries, we have a commercial grade linen roller on site which allows us to finely press your sheets.

  • Take charge with our self-service washing and drying in our state-of-the-art machines. Choose from our machines: 

    • 15kg (=7kg of laundry/ up to 2 baskets) 

    • 25kg (=14kg of laundry/ up to 4 baskets) 

    • 15kg Pet specific machines (=7kg of laundry/ up to 2 baskets) 

     

    We’ll supply you with complimentary natural detergent – Cozy or L5 Sensitive.

  • At BUNDLES, we have a dedicated washer and dryer for pet items because we believe our fur babies deserve the best! Let us take care of it, or do it yourself in our self-service zone. 

     

    Each load can take up to 7kg of pet bedding and accessories. We accept domestic pet items only (ie. Cats & dogs). Items must be free from excessive dirt and waste prior to service. For machine safety and maintenance reasons, are unable to accept items for farm animals (ie. Equine).

    At BUNDLES we kept to the highest hygiene standards and tub cleans are performed regularly, however please be mindful that the use of pet machines are at your own risk and we do not take responsibility for any damage or cross-contamination. 

  • Given we are a small business, we are only able to offer pickup and delivery for Toorak & Armadale at this stage. If you’re within our pickup and delivery zone, we’ll come right to your door. 

     

    Some services include complimentary pickup/ delivery; however a fee of $15.00 is applied for orders under $50 within the pickup zone.

    Pickup & Delivery slots can bee booked for:

    Mon: 7am - 9am; 5pm - 7pm

    Wed: 7am - 9am; 5pm - 7pm

    Fri: 7am - 9am; 5pm - 7pm

    We have a 48hr turnaround from pick up. 

  • Easiest way to book is through our book online page; or at our service counter in store.

    Frequency is up to you! When booking, you’ll be given the option of a one off order or a regular service.

  • No, we don’t expect to wait for us. We’ll provide a pickup/delivery window.

    Please provide instructions at booking. If you aren’t home, we ask that you leave your washing bag in a safe, undercover spot that is easy for our team to access and let us know any gate codes etc. 

  • We aim to have all orders completed in 48hrs. If you’ve chosen pickup/delivery we’ll make sure its completed before your chosen delivery date.

  • There is no minimum cost for service, however we do apply a delivery fee of $15 for orders under $50 (within eligible delivery zone).

  • At BUNDLES, We are conscious of what touches your skin. We use non-toxic, sensitive and non-irritant detergents and products in our service. 

    ​

    Detergents: 

    • Cozy: All-in-one colour-safe formula suitable for all cycles and fabrics.

    • L5 Sensitive: All-in-one low irritant formula. Colour-safe, fragrance-free, and suitable for most skin sensitivities.  

    ​

    Care enhancement: 

    • Oxy bleach pre-soak: Non-toxic, natural enzyme for brighter whites and colours

    • Spot Stain Treatment: Paraben, peroxide & phosphate free. No harsh toxins, SLS, SLES, SCS free.

    • Artés fragrance: High-quality perfume (IFRA compliant), designed and produced in Australia. *Please test before using if you have a skin condition.

    SoftWash: 

    • All chemicals used for spot treatment and during cleaning are eco-friendly, non-toxic and free from carcinogens).

  • Of course - it's completely up to your preference!

     

    When booking, you’ll have the option to choose from one of our Artés fragrances or select no fragrances.

     

    If you have a skin condition and are worried about fragrances, we recommend going with the fragrance-free option. 

  • Unlike other laundry services, we have a physical location with state-of-the-art machines and hygiene standards, so you can be assured that your items are washed under the same high-quality conditions every time.

  • We offer spot stain treatment for wash,dry,fold and SoftWash services on general stains. Select this at the time of your booking and leave us a note so we can identify the item easily. We’ll check the stain and the garment care instructions before applying and contact you if there’s any issues.

    If you’re unsure about a particular stain or fabric, send us an email at account@bundleslaundry.com and we’ll help guide you before booking.  

  • We understand things can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

    We are a small business and have limited pickup & delivery costs so a missed pickup may result in fee of $30 unless cancelled 48hrs prior. 

  • We take care with all items as if they were our own, however all services are undertaken at the customer’s risk. We are not liable for damage due to normal washing processes, manufacturer faults, or care label inaccuracies (including shrinkage, colour run, or wear and tear). 

    ​

    To prevent any dissatisfaction with your service, we’ll inspect your items before commencing your service and reach out if we have any concerns or have to make adjustments to the booking. 

    ​

    We hope this doesn’t happen, but if an item comes back damaged or goes missing please report the issue to accounts@bundleslaundry.com. We’ll do our best to rectify it where we can.
